These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Idanoo mobile application ("the app") operated by Adnan Avdic ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Idanoo, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Idanoo is a quit smoking companion app designed to support people who want to stop smoking. The app provides tracking, breathing exercises, motivational support, and AI-powered chat features.

Idanoo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical treatment, counselling, or nicotine replacement therapy. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.

Account

You must create an account to use Idanoo. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account).

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Idanoo offers the following in-app purchases:

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Your Idanoo Premium subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing & Cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play → Subscriptions on Android).

Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

AI-Powered Features

Idanoo uses AI (Anthropic Claude API) to power chat and journal insight features. AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or appropriate. AI features are provided for informational and motivational purposes only.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, characters, and code in Idanoo are owned by Adnan Avdic. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Idanoo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, health outcomes, or interruption of service.

Privacy

Your use of Idanoo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
